We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of information provided by members in their Company Profiles. We do not endorse or guarantee any business dealings that may result from the use of the Platform.
Under no circumstances shall Pick Your Packer LLC, its owners, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use Pick Your Packer LLC, including but not limited to losses resulting from business interruptions, lost profits, or data loss.
9. Termination
Pick Your Packer LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to Pick Your Packer LLC will be disabled, and any remaining subscription fees shall not be refunded.

All intellectual property rights related to Pick Your Packer LLC, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, and content, belong to Pick Your Packer LLC's owners. You may not use or reproduce these materials without explicit written permission from Pick Your Packer LLC's owners.

You and Pick Your Packer LLC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms of Service.
